Nothing hangs around longer than a bad smell. Where there is a bad odour, something is causing it and it needs to be dealt with. Bad and lingering smells can come from a wide variety of sources such as sewer or drain collapse, rodent infestation (a dead rat for example) and a wide variety of other sources.

Masking the odour isn’t the answer as eventually the smell will come back if the source isn’t dealt with properly. We’ll identify the root cause of the issue and deal with it. If that involves contracting specialists such as drain tracing specialists then we will liaise on your behalf and get to the root cause. Once we understand what we are dealing with then we can safely remove the source of the odour, then manage the odour by thorough and detailed cleaning and remediation.
